Program Mentor Educator:

The Program Mentor plays a critical leadership role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning across Hilltop’s licensed early learning program. They serve as a vital bridge between Hilltop’s pedagogical vision and its daily implementation, working in partnership with faculty, Program Coordinators, and Senior Managers.

Full-Time Substitutes

We currently have two open positions for this role.

The Full-Time Substitute role at Hilltop Children’s Center is essential to our daily operations. Whether we’re balancing staffing during our conference seasons or we’re adjusting to the staffing needs of classrooms on a day-to-day basis, our Substitute Educators help Hilltop maintain healthy child-educator ratios amongst all of our classrooms  depending on the center’s needs.
